一基本情况
万春鹏，男，博士，助理研究员，江西南昌人，1983年4月生，江西农业大学第五批“未来之星”，江西农业大学首批“青年教授”，美国罗德岛大学博士后。主要从事柑橘采后贮藏技术、植物化学及其功能等研究。主持完成国家自然科学青年基金，江西省自然科学基金，人社部留学回国人员择优资助项目，中国博士后科学基金等项目6项，在研江西省优势科技创新团队带头人项目，参与其他国家级和省部级项目10余项。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry，Postharvest Biology and Technology和果树学报等期刊发表论文50余篇，申请国家发明专利20项，授权10项。

2001年9月—2006年6月，甘肃中医学院，学士;
2006年9月—2009年6月，江西中医学院，硕士;
2009年9月—2012年6月，南昌大学，食品科学与技术国家重点实验室，博士；
2012年7月至今，江西农业大学，农学院园艺系，助理研究员。
2011/02–2011/12和2014/06–2014/09，美国罗德岛大学，公派访问学者、博士后
