欧阳建

一、 基本情况

       欧阳建,中共党员,博士,青年教授。目前主要从事茶叶加工与品质化学、茶与健康等方面研究。发表论文30余篇,其中以第一作者(共一)在Food Chemistry: X、Food Science and Human Wellness、Journal of Functional Foods、食品科学、茶叶科学等国内外杂志上发表论文10篇。
